Hi..

I am an Indonesian Police officer. Now I follow doctoral degree program at Indonesian Police College. I want to do research about servant leadership, because I saw in my organization, focus on sub-ordinate are low, and has bad effect to the society.

I want to put servant-leadership as dependent variable. But as far as I'm looking for, I didn't find self assess instrumen. Many servant-leadership instrument aim to assess their superior/boss.

Is there any standard instrument for servant-leadership self assessment?
