You could try the "MFM", Motor Function Mesure, which is a quantitative scale to measure the functional motor abilities of a patient affected by a neuromuscular disease. It is free and validated. Here is the link :

Hi Kiran, you may also use a real time B-mode ultrasonography to measure muscle histogram (content) and muscle structure. Best
