As I go through publications related to Electron microprobe analysis of minerals, I do not find a specific order of tabling of elements/wt% oxides. Is there any specific format for tabulation of Mineral analysis data of EPMA being followed anywhere? Say, increase in atomic number of elements or increase/decrease in valency?

Hi Debalin. Sorry for late response. Being in EPMA, it is quite obvious that we follow the site webmineral.com. My question is whether there is any proper order of tabling the data. Even they do not follow any specific way of tabling the data. In some cases, they arrange in increase in atomic number, some cases with increase in valency, and in some other, there is no pattern at all (for example Clinozoisite-(Sr)).
