An annotated bibliography is a list of referenced sources. Each list item is followed by a brief descriptive and evaluative paragraph - the annotation. The purpose of the annotation is to inform the reader of the relevance, accuracy, and quality of the sources cited.

You don't say why you need an annotated bibliography, the circumstances/context. Is it an essay, an article, a conference paper? Has a lecturer or editor stipulated that this is what they require?
