Is there any software to calculate Tm of DNA-PNA duplexes?

I am interested in calculating the Tm of DNA-PNA duplex. Specifically, I want to know how the mismatch affects the melting point. Thank you in advance for your answers !!

I do not know any software for taht, I'm afratid that you have to proceed sperimentally, expecially in case of mismatches.
