Is there any software or data set available to provide heat demand of residential buildings?

In order to estimate heat demand pattern and accordingly load duration curve of a residential building with determined area in a specific place like Sydney, I need to access the load/demand data on hourly, daily and monthly basis. I would appreciate any helpful suggestion such as software or database.
