to convert Agilent .D files to Shimadzu .qgd format for GC-MS analysis:

Export .D to open format (e.g. .cdf or .mzML) using a tool like MSConvert

Use a file conversion tool like OpenChrom to directly convert .D to .qgd

Convert to .mzML first, then use a tool to convert .mzML to .qgd

I tried openchrom as per your suggestion. But it does not give option for conversion of .D file to .qgd.
