Is there any software or any way to convert agilient GC-MS .D file into .qgd file so that I can open in Schimadzu ?

I have GC-MS .D file produced by Agilient. I want to analyze it in Schimadzu and require .qgd file for it. How can I convert it from .D to .qgd ? Any body has idea .
