Whereas long scales are abundant, could you please direct me to literature where shorter scale is used for measuring brand loyalty? By shorter, I mean 6 items or less, may be asking for too much! Thanks.
You may consider these items (if not too short scale!):
1. I intend to buy this brand in the near future.
2. I would actively search for this brand in order to buy it.
3. I intend to buy other products of this brand.
