I want to isolate the following genus prevotella, bacillus, and streptomyces from the seed and leaf samples. Is there any selective media to isolate only those and avoid others?
Mannitol yolk polymyxin B agar (MYPA) and polymyxin pyruvate egg yolk mannitol bromothymol blue agar (PEMBA) are selective media for Bacillus genus

Streptomyces genus (Oatmeal-agar, MYM-agar and ISP4-agar media).
The bacterium Prevotella copri has formerly been recorded to be highly sensitive to oxygen, therefore it's difficult to isolate easily. But the medium PYX (Peptone Yeast Xylose medium) can be used successfully to isolate it. it can give a good growth on it.
