As per my understanding, Landsat images have spatial resolution of around 100 meters. Also, their temporal resolution is around 1 image per 14-16 days.
I wish to have the satellite images of a location which are having the following properties: (1) High spatial resolution (2) High temporal resolution (3) Free to download and use

Hello Sourish Dhekane . Images from the SENTINAL-2 mission might be of interest for you. As far as I know and depending on the bands, the spatial resolution is up to 10 m. The revisit frequency of each single SENTINEL-2 satellite is 10 days and the combined constellation revisit is 5 days (Sentinel-2A + Sentinel-2B).

The cover is also important, do you need it globally or in specific region/s?
Is it for academic use?
on top of the great answers mentioned above,
VENuS is for the academia alone, and there are more than 100 sites around the globe. The revisit time is 2 days and the resolution is 5m (there are different products).
Sentinel 2 (A&B)- have 5 days revisit time with bands similar to VENuS but with SWIR bands as well, the spatial resolution is 10-20 m pixel (and in some cases 60m) - global cover.
for academic use (only with academia email) you can use Planet satellites - with 3-4m pixel (should be even better these days), daily revisit time of the entire globe with RGBNIR (4 bands)

Try sentinel -2 data with 10 m spatial resolution. U can download from USGS earth explorer
You can consider one of the open-access "SENTINEL-2" satellite products. The temporal resolution of this product is 10 days, while the spatial resolution is 10m. The Sentinel product is applicable for land monitoring, emergency management, security and climate change, and associated thematic applications.

On global scale, Sentinel-2 is still preferred to Landsat in terms of spatial resolution and revisit days , BUT I am not sure there is any other satellite images source with longer temporal resolution than the Landsat image (which started since 1972).
In terms of the spatial resolution , Sentinel-2 could be your preferred choice because it is 10 m.

You can check Modis images...it has high spatial resolution, some images have repeatability of 1day and also it is free to download.
you can use Sentinel 2a imagery. its free and the bands are much better than Landsat.

It is easy to use and quite fast in processing.

In addition to Sentinel-2 data, also the Indian Resourcesat-2 is available for free on Nasa Earth Explorer (https://earthexplorer.usgs.gov/) depending on the AOI the frequency of acquisition is quite good.
