It is too early to start conducting a research on the impact of Covid-19 as the pandemic is still spreading unabated. Supply chains are hit badly due to concentration of manufacturing activity of components, intermediaries and assemblies in China. The world has learnt a costly lesson. The impact would be manifold. It could hurt world economy badly and could leave many scars in the minds of rich and poor. The lock downs, increasing fatalities, disruption in economic activities would put the clock in reverse mode.May take years to recoup.

Covid-19 threat is a new thing whose impact will take some time to publish as the evaluation of its effect is ongoing and cannot be conclusive.
