I am willing to have a start-up business that specialized in consulting/designing optics instrumentation, such as bio-medical microscopes, spectrometers, imaging systems, etc.

The potential customer can be researchers who need a tool that can be customized with great flexibility, most advanced or even bleeding edge technology at relatively low cost. Or those that need a fast prototype of such devices for their test/evaluation.

I would like to do a survey here to see if there is really demand for such services.
