I am planning to conduct a research in India and the Philippines. However, I wonder whether or not we as an International researcher require any research ethics approval for Social science research (Non-medical). Can anyone please suggest me

Apply from your university's ethical board permission for you research. In order to get it published you will need the permission.
I agree with Prof. Beatrice. Seek for approval from the Ethical committee or board in your department or institution via writing. If you have challenges, consult your research supervisor.
I concur to the two answers above, and you should go to your University's Research Ethics Committee. The committee may also have some templates for review.
