Is there any report of Ricania japonica Melichar (Hemiptera: Ricaniidae) damage in rice feild?

Ricania japonica were reported in northern region of Iran a few years ago and during the recent years due to climatic changes the population density of this pest increased in these areas. in northern region of Iran rice is one of the main crops and this pest has high density population in rice fields between milky stage of rice to fully ripening. is there and report of this pest damage in rice crop in other areas?
