My current research is in the area of Religious Identity/Religiosity. In this regard, I would want to know if there are accepted scales used to measure this factor. If anyone does know about it, kindly revert to me.
Religion plays a vital role in the lives of individuals around the world. Most research within the psychology of religion literature has focused on the particular features that distinguish given faiths. I suggest some religion identity scale:-
1 Multi-Religion Identity Measure (MRIM), aiming to facilitate cross-cultural research within the psychology of religion.
2 The Centrality of Religiosity Scale (CRS) is a measure of the centrality, importance or salience of religious meanings in personality that has been applied yet in more than 100 studies in sociology of religion, psychology of religion and religious studies.
3 Religious Identity Development Scale (RIDS). (Veerasamy, 2003)
