I'm trying to use l-α-phosphatidylcholine by dissolving it in DMF solvent, but it takes a long time to melt, so I'm trying to melt it by applying heat. Is there any relevant information about the temperature at which l-α-phosphatidylcholine(egg yolk) is decomposed?
