We want to find the link between the Water treatment parameters, may be software or it can be a graphical relation.
BOD, COD, Suspended solids and specific conductivity all are different parameters. In particular specific conductivity is closely related to total dissolved solids in which suspended solids are not included. Suspended solids are undissolved. BOD and COD are quite different. Therefore there is no correlation between them.
BOD, COD, TSS and Conductivity all are not closely related to each other. TSS and Conductivity may not be related to each other. However Oseweuba pointed out, may be a empirical co relationship which is probably data based.

but for the specific effluent these parameters may have the relation. if exist then it can be fixed/established and then legalized to cross check whether all the analysis done practically or on the actaul ground??

In that case, I think a regression analysis may be done to find correlation between the parameters. The success of the correlation would also depend heavily on the quality of effluent conducted during that study. Some parameters may change with time and space.
I suggest determining all the four parameters independently. In the worst case, BOD and TSS may be calculated while COD and Conductivity can be deduced from the values of BOD and COD

Would say that since COD and BOD both measures the oxidizable organic matter, but COD also has interference from oxidizable inorganic matter then COD - BOD = oxidizable inorganic matter. Or am i completely off track?
