A framework or model that can give an idea of the major factors consideration for an organisation/enterprise considering to implement Enterprise Content Management (ECM).
I have actually already googled out this by using so many variations in search queries but couldn't find research that is basically targeting this subject. Anyways, thank you for your advice :)
Collect all the little bits of string to make your own rope. E.g. "Despite extensive time, money and effort, length of time with the firm and position had a greater impact on attitudes toward ERP capabilities, value, acceptance and timing than high levels of pre-implementation involvement."
Or these titles available from Sciverse:
"A strategic framework for the management of ERP enabled e-business change",
"The role of readiness for change in ERP implementation: Theoretical bases and empirical validation"
Or this title from IEEE:
"A Web services implementation framework for financial enterprise content management"
You can follow certain models from OASIS ( https://www.oasis-open.org/ ) that defines the standard practices for ECM implementation. If there is a specific question on a reference architecture, please explain it.
