I would suggest that you check out the following research studies located at the following links. The researchers include some excellent surveys on research of women in leadership roles.
Note that there is no difference between what is going to be asked for women other than male in this case but you have to mention the strong justifications about your topic. its better to take it as comparative study between both genders and see the impacts on organization performance.
