thanks Ms Mary. really appreciate it. i have gone through this paper earlier already though. the author talks about travel motivations of finnish vegans before, during and after a trip. i was now looking at any studies done on vegetarians while being on holiday. how do their beliefs and religion (specifically) influence their food and travel choices. thanks again for your answer.
Just after noticed your question, I started to search about 'vegetarian tourists travel behavior and beliefs'. That is interesting topic for me also. I could find out some research papers regarding this topic and concept. As I understood, 'vegetarian tourism' has linked and associated with 'Health-care tourism'.
