I am looking for a single reaction method for glutathione-dependent formaldehyde detoxification using S-formylglutathione hydrolase and S-(hydroxymethyl)glutathione dehydrogenase. Is it possible to do it at a time and check on HPLC rather than spectrophotometer without CO or O₂?
