My question is as follows:
Taking into account that, it is well known there are many languages spoken around the world and each of them has several disadvantages on writing, conjugation, spelling, pronunciation, ..
The demand for a language independent of the speaker culture is crucial. Nowadays we can exploit the benefits of high performance computing system in favor of developing of a smart lexicon, simple rules of a new solid, easy-to-understand, easy-to-learn and easy-to-speak human language.
Do you know any project about this?

Indubitably, languages developed by computing systems can cater to specific needs and they offer the users certain benefits. However, creating a human language without any speakers and independent from culture would certainly fail because the main impetus behind learning a language is to find something about the people speaking it. As a case in point, Esperanto , an artificial language with inherent mechanical and functional merits , was not received extensively by the speakers of other languages. Thank you for your answer, there are many well-known artificial languages ( esperanto, Communicationssprache, Romanid, ...) and recently Lingwa de planeta. But, all of them were developed by human not by machine. So, what I'm looking for is if actually exists any project that attempts to exploit all benefits from high performance computing in order to develop a simple to communicate, to understand and to write human language.
