U r welcome.. Darunavir was introduced in my centre few yrs ago as a study drug and the study has ended.. I don't think it has any generic form leading to a very expensive cost for the patient to be on the patented drug i.e. prezista. But I do have a feeling that this PI like other PI (exc atazanavir) has metabolic complications on lipid profile and PI is well known for drug drug interaction
