Is there any possibility to calculate THD for the whole system?

I am able to calculate THD for only particular samples using Matlab.Is there any other method in Matlab to calculate the THD for the whole system

Dear Jenifer

The value of THD tends to get varied for each points in an system. We are not much bothered about the value of THD at other positions which has minimal impact..The point of concern is at PCC (Point of Common Coupling) where the value of THD can be calculated and if it is high, necessary filters can be implemented further value of THD can be brought down.
