Hey Daniel, how nice to stumble upon your thread here! I was googling particle tracking with image J, and here I am!
I've tried both Mosaic and SpotTracker. There is also another standalone program called "video spot tracker" that you can try. Also there is "icy" which is similar to Fiji in the sense that icy also uses Image J as the core program.
I haven't found a perfect program yet, and will keep looking. If you are interested in a manual particle tracker, I recommend Physmo. I've been using it for a long time and it's very simple and reliable.
Hi, I've got this polymer that was placed in solvent and it keeps swelling, I took images at different time intervals. Please can anyone help on how I can use Fiji (ImageJ) to analyse the change in size of the polymer for all the different images captured.
