I am presently doing my PhD in India. And I wish to learn more of advanced numerical methods. Does any one have idea where can I do some short-term(3 to 6 months) in Computational Mathematics or Numerical Methods after completing my PhD work ?

You can visit the IIT's and IISc website. They might handling such short term courses. Usually these subjects were present in the course.

It highly depends on the type of numerical methods one is interested in. The Institute for Mathematics and it Application (IMA) has numerous conferences that often start with tutorials and/or workshops. They cover wide ranges of topics. They also typically have a special summer session for students to study a particular topic. This is the summer program for 2015

Numerous colleges such as MIT in the US offer online courses. The Society for Industrial and Applied Mathematics (SIAM) has numerous conferences, as well as a Summer School. Unfortunately the deadline to enroll for 2015 was Feb 1

The list goes on and on, but again depends on the type of numerical methods that one wishes to study (e.g., CFD, linear algebra, image processing, signal processing, control theory, optimization, etc)

Dear @Bharat, I suggest that you search the net for postdoctoral positions at institutes that are offering good programs in numerical analysis; they usually offer several different types of numerical analysis courses that you can choose to attend and have contact with the professors.
Best is you can go through a book and practice a lot of examples and then do your own coding

You can download video lectures from NPTEL that contains short courses through Video lectures delivered by renowned professors of IIT. You can choose subjects of your own choice on the website and download the lectures. It is like e-learning courses from IIT and IISc.

iTunes U (https://www.apple.com/support/itunes-u/using/) is also worth checking out since it now has a wide video selection of university lectures, seminars, and presentations. I just did a search on 'numerical' and a class on CFD came up.
