Is there any package interested in bias correction for dynamic panel estimators?

I need the name of any package to calculate the bias for dynamic panel estimators and make the Monte Carlo simulation study for this model.

If you mean packages that routinely calculate this (eg of the LSDV) I'm not aware of any; moreover these are going to be a function of the true parameters which would have to be consistently estimated first, and as we know there's 100 ways to do this!
