Again I need your help!

User manual talks about a "density plots derived from the gel analysis module". But I need a software to analyse the gel itself (scanned image of gel) not the plots or diagrams. Of course I saw a screenshot of ImageJ showing a agarose gel analyse. We use GeneScope for agarose gel analysis and it's really powerfull and easy to use. Hope to find a software like this for SDS-PAGE analysis.

I have been using the following protocol. It is complicated, I agree, but the results are reliable and quantitative. I find better to understand exactly how the calculations are done than to do a simple click and get a funny number =)
