It is very interesting but not exactly what im looking for. WHO data is too macro for me. I was willing to see a more detailed field work, like Hanski group work (http://www.helsinki.fi/science/metapop/research/Project_metapop.html).

Why not use own simulated data?

I'm not absolutely sure, but I think it will be hard to find such data available. The only chance I think you have is if you find some paper with such data. I suggest you look into data repositories, such as Dryad and figshare.
