I am trying to establish a correlation between anthropogenic influence and biodeversity of Drosophila, but for this I need to quantify the amount of human influence for my collection sites. For doing this I either need a model for calculation amount of anthropogenic disturbance or a model for the amount of natural habitat (basicaly how many natural enviroment are there in a public park for example) for collection sites.

Interestingly, I look forward to know what may be the proxy measures for quantification of anthropogenic disturbance in urban environments? Further, how different urban habitats may be classified based on man-led disturbance to assess plant performance?
You can also try the easiest option:
make a list of all possible anthropogenic disturbances. each type of anthropogenic disturbances to assign a value of 1 point. then, within their areas (sites) make a list of these anthropogenic disturbances. Each of the sites to calculate the amount of points. how many types of anthropogenic stress typed at each point, so the total score and used in the calculation of correlation. for greater accuracy every kind of anthropogenic load can be ranked.

I dont know if this can help, but to estimate urbanization I have used lights from satellite information.... this is not directly disturbance... but lets say that urbanization its usually associated with human presence... at least its an explicit statement
Examples at a coarser scale
Simple: distance to point (e.g. building; settlement) or linear (foot path, road) sources of anthropogenic impact (attached bear);
More elaborate: resistance grid map of environmental variable for anthropogenic impact (e.g. tree density) and subsequently calculate a cumulative resistance (attached elephant)
