I have prepared one polymer with two different types of bromo end groups which I have modified into azide (both sides). If I do click reaction now with some other polymer, there is a chance of both diblock as well as triblock copolymer. How do I know whether it is diblock or triblock or both? and how to separate them?

Run your samples in GPC to see molecular weight which could give you an idea what kind of population exist in your product.

Have you tried by verifying the chrystallisation behaviour of the two different form of polymers?

How about TEM analysis. Diffrent nanoscale morphologies and particle size may be obtained. Also, NMR is a useful technique to collect information about the monomers ratios.
