We need to quantify antibodies against an specific antigen in biological fluids like milk or blood.
We have titritation methods but we need measures in mg/mL.
Is there any method to quantify Abs in biological fluids?, Or someone knows how to convert the antibodies titre to mg/ml measure?

What kind of antibodies do you want to quantify? Therapeutic antibodies? Monoclonal? Polyclonal? IgG? IgE? It would be important to know the aim of your measurements.

I want to quantify polyclonal, IgGs in milk. I need a mesaure of performance, as can be mg/mL. Titration is not valid for our purpose.

Your polyclonal antibodies are a mixture of very different species. Therefore, a method delivering numbers in mg/mL is not a measure of performance. You have a functional cut-off value of affinity and cross-reactivity depending on the method and conditions you plan to use. All these limitations are quite difficult to interpret and hence a method giving you a number in mg/mL has essentially the same meaning as a titration.
