I could not be able to get citation report of our university from Web of Science since 1974 as records exceeds to greater than 10000. Maximum set size for generating citation report in Web of Science is limited to 10000 records only. Is there any mechanism available for getting citation report of more than 10000 records from Web of Science?
You can create the Citation Report in WoS sorted by times cited - highest to lowest.
But first complete your own registration to acess it.
Thanks for prompt reply. But actually problem is that once i searched for my universitys' research output from the time span of 1974-2018, i found 12090 records from Web of Science Core Collection. My question is that whether can i get citation report of all 12090 records which would included h index, average citation per item, sum of times cited, citing articles etc. from Web of Science. I think through desktop endnote, only references/bibliography of these records can be generated. Can i get h index, average citation per item, sum of times cited, citing articles etc. using desktop endnote? If yes, then please let me know the steps.

To achieve this goal, you should load all records and then use scientometric tools available on the Web.
