I want to measure bioactive compounds in Pistachio fruits using HPLC. The compounds I have considered are: pigments (Carotenes, Lutein, chlorophylls), Tocols, phenolics (Gallic acid, catechin, Rutin, Quercetin, Daidzein, etc.). My question: Should I get the standards for each of these compounds separately? is there one mixture standard solution in the market containing all of these compounds (for example, one mixture for all phenolics, pigments or tocols)?
