There is an instrument which can read signals of Human Brain similarly is there any instrument that can read human's dreams and convert into Videos or Pictures? While dreaming we will get clear pictures and locations or some situations which we will forget or cannot express clearly and those are very different from normal life.If there is no instrument can we develop that kind of instrument?

I have read about attempts along the lines you mention, although the images were generated by an indirect method:

There are studies reporting more direct decoding of cerebral activity to view other people's visual perception. Since the visual aspects of dreaming involve the same areas of the brain as visual perception, perhaps soon there will be images generated from dreaming subjects.
