Yes, please follow Ramanujam college - PMMNNTT, Mata sundri college, DU websites. Some good excel and data processing FDPs are also organised by Mathematics Society. Look up Swayam and NiPTEL portals.
I have had 3 Refresher courses with one Arpit program. Atal center is closed now.
Our provided programs are more theoretical rather than need based. NPTEL is some extent useful but not as real classroom. Thanks to Ajitji and Nidhi mam.
In fact as far as university here, no training is provided everything is improvised and done by teachers' own experience.
