I ask have you actually tried to send the corrections and have they refused to make the changes or publish the so-called "correct" version.

If that is the case, then I think you might get better support for your case.

When your right is digested on any matter of normal life, you turn to the police and the court. From this point on, I have the following concern. When an indexed journal accepts the publication of an article and charges a publication fee, it publishes the invalid copy. Whenever you contact them, they ask you to send the corrections again. Please guide me, how can I get research rights from this journal?

Is there an institution concerned with such a preoccupation with publishing and the relationship between author and journal?

If journals are affiliated with research centers, institutes or universities, publishing houses or publishing trusts, you can send messages asking for explanations. If journals are indexed in databases or virtual libraries, you can send a message to the managers of those structures.

But, read carefully the terms and conditions of a journal to which you will send articles in the future.

Dear Yasser Fakri Mustafa this is an important question which is certainly of broad general interest to many RG members. To the best of my knowledge there is no such institution. It is the responsibility of every individual researcher to decide where to publish the valuable research results. My personal advice would be not to overestimate Open Access publication. Personally I prefer submission of our work to subscription-based journals without APCs ("article processing charges"). Most important in my opinion is to trust only established publishers such as Elsevier, Wiley, Springer, Taylor&Francis, and for chemists particularly the RSC and ACS journals. More important than Open Access is that your work is read by the peers in your field. However, this is just my personal opinion which might be a bit old-fashioned.

Your opinion is absolutely not an old-fashioned one. However, sometimes the authors may select a journal based on its CiteScore rather than the publisher's name. I proposed that the scientific community needs an institution that can organize and handle the publication concerns among authors, journals, and publishers. Is my opinion a new one? Not that I know of

I honestly believe that there is no such existing institution. However, there is an urgent need for such an institution to link the author's area of interest and the scope of the journal. Many a time, good papers could not find a place for publication despite excellent contents/ outcomes. For me, it is difficult to look out for Open Access Publishing due to funding constraints which sometimes comprise me to publish in irrelevant journals. I normally search for traditional subscription-based journals that take a longer period of time in acceptance and also involve higher chances of rejection. Thanks to Yasser Fakri Mustafa Sir to start such an important discussion on this platform.
