We commonly discuss countries with high rates of oral cancer. I would like to know which are the countries with the lowest rates.

An estimated 263,900 new cases and 128,000 deaths from oralcavity cancer (including lip cancer) occurred in 2008 worldwide. Generally, the highest oral cavity cancer rates are found in Melanesia, South-Central Asia,and Central and Eastern Europe and the lowest in Africa, Central America, and Eastern Asia for both males and females.
Hope colleagues from these countries with the lower rates will mention the prevalence /incidence rates. Waiting for answers

If you think rate + incidence per population it is dificult to find one different place . However we know the highest but other habnd there many counytries with similar incidence
