Dear Hossein Mehdizadeh, to my knowledge it is not possible to directly replace an oxygen atom in sulfates by a sulfur atom, i.e. to make thiosulfates directly from sulfates. The usual method to produce ammonium thiosulfate is the reaction of ammonium sulfite, (NH4)2SO3, with elemental sulfur to give (NH4)2S2O3.
