It is believes that 70% of the earth is comprised of oceans and hence they have a bigger impact on global earth's climate than land. Ocean's density is mainly governed by 2 main parameters temperature and salinity. So do u think that if the salinity of the ocean changes or the mixing of salt in the different layer of ocean changes (there are many mixing phenomenons in oceans like double diffusion convection, turbulence etc. ) will it impact global circulation or global climate?
