MOSFET and similar other devices can be simulated using device simulator and process simulator, such as, MEDICI, TSUPREM, SILVACO etc. But these are very expensive for any university in Bangladesh to buy. But students want to learn these. So, I am searching for any free version of such type of software for teaching and learning and/or academic purposes only.
Does any foreign university want to collaborate with any Bangladeshi university?
I do not find any free simulator for the process, either. But there are some simple device simulators that you can test and study for the academic purpose.
Purdue University provides the simple device simulators freely.

OpenFOAM is a free software that is open source but you need the ParaView program to visualize the results and meshing

I would suggest OpenFOAM however you may need a third party software such as Paraview for results analysis

nano MOS software is available on nanohub.org for free. i am finding its simulations is quite time taking but it is good option for the MOS simulations.
I highly recommend against being trained on software or equipment that only large and powerful corporations can afford. Once trained only on this equipment and in these techniques and software, you become enslaved to whichever corporations can afford to provide you with the tools you need to function as an employee, and no more.
Be wary of "student versions" of any software programs. After you're no longer a student, the price of those programs which you have so diligently become expert at, will balloon to a hundred times or more what you purchased as a student.
