Hello,
I am looking for administration procedures and scoring techniques for the digit span test. Most papers focus on computerized test administration. However, I need instructions for a visual and an auditive digit span test. Does anyone know a paper that includes such instructions?
Thank you in advance.
Best, G.

App for story-telling and diary studies (digital ethnography)?

I am looking for an app (Android), which can facilitiate a qualitative, digital ethnography study with a main component of diary entries in form of visual, text and audio.
I plan to work with 10-20 participants based in Tanzania over a duration of 18 months.
I have so far primarily used WhatsApp (chat and call for both self-reporting and interview over video/phone) based on the idea of using a tool participants already are familiar with, but it is hard to structure/organise mixed data and many participants.
I have checked out dScout, Indeemo and FlexMR, but I have different kinds of doubt (approach and budget) + this earlier thread from 2014 https://www.researchgate.net/post/Is_there_an_existing_digital_tool_for_diary_studies
Any suggestions for free apps, apps particularly directed at ethnographic research (and not marketing) are very much welcome as well as any research papers on the use of diary studies combined with digital ethnography (preferably in Africa) and/ or the use of whatsapp in qualitative research in Africa (I am familiar with https://edoc.unibas.ch/51923/1/20161216110618_5853bc9abba73.pdf)
Thanks!

How do you find the maximum RELATIVE relief of an polygon area of a digital elevation model when the figure is on a slope? ArcGIS spatial analysis?

I am not exactly sure how to describe this. I need to find out what the greatest height is between the perimeter of polygons I have and a point within the polygon that "stands up higher" than anywhere else in the area. But it is not nessisarily the shallowest point because my polygons are on a slope. So I want to find the heightest local maximum I guess. See the very crude drawing I attached. I am trying to find the length of the red line in B, for a maximum point within the polygon, even though it isn't the heightst point. I need to automate this for various polygons in my dataframe. I thought about it like I was roting the slope so it was level, and THEN trying to find what was the highest point. I believe depending on how far the point is from the perimeter, the height changes more or less when rotated. So I was not sure how to do this or even how to google it.
We originally thought we could find the maximum height in the polygon overall and then substract from that value the average perimeter of the polygon, but that does not work. The maximum height is usually at the top part of the slope (so not the point in the triangle in my picture but the start of the slope (upper left most point).
Does anyone have some suggestions?

Digital Revolution was already there, and COVID-19 has further fueled it to a great extent. Now it is the most opportune time for Chartered Accountants/CMAs and IT Professionals to act together to meet the challenges, and also reap the benefits that may arise out of this "Blessing in Disguise".

Can I use (or put together) existing tested scales as sub-scales to make an instrument?

I am conducting a research thesis on "Effect of Digital Devices on the Development of Learning Skills in Early Childhood". In order to measure learning skills of children, I have adapted 5 different scales as sub scales (Engagement, persistence, initiative, curiosity, motivation) with permission from their authors. The new instrument "The Learning Skill Scale" will measure the 5 sub-scales that have been adapted. My question is, can I combine previously tested scales as subscales and make an instrument? or am I missing something?

High-level design for low power is difficult to accomplish especially for FPGA designs. Presents a design technique that uses pre-computed tables that characterize the RTL and Intellectual Property (IF) components to estimate power.
