Wet granules after High Shear Granulation or Wet milling are dumped in the Fluid Bed Dryer bowl. Wet granules when heavy do not fluidize properly and form pockets in the bed from which the air passes through without fluidizing the bed. Is there any efficient way of fluidizing heavy wet granules in a Fluid Bed Dryer like distribution of wet granules initially or altering the bottom plate?
