In massive MIMO scenario, increasing the large scale fading coefficients (other cell) affects the performance, does it affects also the number of samples/ N?
Let say, in a scenario, increasing N gives better performance, again on that particular scenario when beta value increases then, increasing N doesn't make the performance better. Rather it is doing the opposite. Why? Can anyone explain? Please.

Nir, could you make your question clear? In your question, what is N? Just consider the communicaitons, the sample time is closely related with the coherent time of the channel.
