Like website, ERP, Mobile apps are three different types of Information technology, if we are going to check the usability of ERP. ERP is a software which is mandatory to use by users(employees). As a result, frequency of usage is higher which might lead to better usability. In case of a website , usage could be optional by users. Same about eCommerce or eBanking software. Do you think in both of the cases, same method of Usability should be followed? Is there any term or theory available to differentiate Information technology based on use?

Not sure your IT system's "useability" refers also to usage or adoption. If yes there are some theories / models pertaining to technology adoption which include the following:
1) IS Success Model (Delone & McLean, 1992)
2) Updated IS Success Model (Delone & McLean, 2003)
3) Technology Acceptance Model / TAM (Davis, 1989)
4) Unified Theory of Acceptance & Use of Technology / UTAUT (Venkatesh et al., 2003)
If you want to perform a quantitative comparative studies between / among different types of IT systems like ERP, Web & Mobile Apps, you can include their respective questions (for different apps) in your survey questionnaire so that you can perform the quantitative data analysis for each of them for comparison.

Thank you sir, I found the difference which is called Mandated environment where users perceive use to be organizationally compulsory. On the other hand some mobile apps or websites could be categorized as in voluntary use environment. I had question that for ERP(Mandated environment) which model could be suitable? thanks again for your support

For me I will explore UTAUT model in which one of the independent variables is "social influence" that illustrates people who have influence on the user e.g. management mandated decision can push the user to use the particular app. All the best.

thank sir. I found the answer from Brown et al. (2002) where they talked about mandated vs voluntary technology. :). In mandated technology actual use does not matter only intention to use measurement will be fine.
