Although many similarity between PF-ILD and IPF, there are few differences like inflammatory origin of PF-ILD. Few patients of Non IPF-ILD, in which disease enter in to stage of progression where pathological, clinical and imaging features similar to IPF. But in PF-ILD, not all patient have UIP pattern like IPF and still progression may be different in these two group of PF-ILD.

My queries regarding treatment of PF-ILD

1. Major trial like INBUID, RELIEF & SCENSIS showing benefit of Antifibrotic in PF-ILD. But Can we add Immunosuppressive like Mycophenolate for better response specially in Autoimmune origin PF-ILD

2. Is there any role of underlying etiology of PF-ILD ( CHP, CTD, NSIP etc) in treatment decision
