I am interested to study regarding ongoing vaccine trials for human infectious diseases. I need to know the name of database or website where I can get all the information such as vaccine structure, adjuvant, antigen delivery system, projected population for clinical trials etc. Additionally, all the completed trials information will also be interesting to know.

The problem is to find the information, because not always is in sightls.

There is also the American equivalent, although it claims to give worldwide results.
