There is lots of information in the literature on water clusters ranging from the simple dimer all the way up to the Icosahedral (H2O)280. However, this literature typically does not specify, or even hazard an educated guess, how common they are and how long they last. I need this information for my theoretical work.

-Thank you Beatrice, I missed this paper. The authors demonstrate that in benzene-d6 saturated with water (~0.5%) which is heated and then cooled, the water forms clusters of 8 molecules. They then identify an NMR peak specific to the clusters, and finally report that the concentration of water clusters, as measured indirectly from the peak, starts at ~62mM and decays to zero over a time of about 10 hours. Definitely a useful finding for my work.
