I've already a lot of litteracy about the subject of mapping between terminologies (most from brazil).

But my question is most axed on the comparison of the using at point of care of the two terminologies. to challenge the benefits & disdvantages of one terminology on the other.

My purpose is to select one of these terminologies to implement in an EHR.
